# Dedicated Environment: How to Purchase

You can purchase a Dedicated Environment as an add-on during subscription checkout. Dedicated Environments are available for both CFD and Futures accounts, providing isolated cloud hardware and a private static IP address for your execution. 

### Prerequisites
An active Traders Connect base subscription (CFD or Futures). The Dedicated Environment is an add-on and does not function as a standalone plan.  

# Step-by-Step Instructions

###### Step 1: Open the Subscription Checkout Screen
  
Navigate to your subscription management or upgrade page to view your base plan and available add-ons.

###### Step 2: Locate Add-Ons 

Scroll down to the **ADD-ONS** section located below the main subscription plan details.  

###### Step 3: Add Dedicated Environment

1. Locate the Dedicated Environment option.  
2. Click the **Add** button.  
3. Select your environment type (CFD or Futures) and specify your required accounts or capacity.  

###### Step 4: Review and Complete Checkout

1. Review your selections under the **Order summary** panel on the right side of the screen.  
2. Confirm the recurring total and billed amounts.  
3. Click **Proceed to checkout** to finalise your payment. 

###### Plans & Pricing Structure

Dedicated Environment pricing depends on whether you are running CFD or Futures trading accounts:  

* CFD Dedicated Environment: **$30/month per environment, plus $10/month per additional account.**  
* Futures Dedicated Environment: **$25/month per environment, which includes unlimited accounts.**

### Conclusion
Once you’ve selected the Dedicated Environment that suits your accounts, review the order summary and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
