Email Notifications
Note - Our Email integration is currently in BETA
Our email integration allows you to receive notifications directly to your email inbox. Whether your trading account has disconnected from our platform, your trade has failed to copy or your subscription renewal is due within the next few days, our email integration will let you know instantly.
Perfect for traders who want to be updated on the go.
Integration Install
In order to activate email notifications, you must first install the integration. The process is very straightforward and takes less then a minute.
Head over to our Integrations page here, click "Free" on the Email notification channel, followed by Install.
Email Configuration
Default Email Address
This is the email address we will send all notifications to by default. You also have the ability to override the notification address at a trading account level.
You can update your default email address at any time, meaning all emails using the default email address will be sent to the specified email.
Notification Settings
Account Added
We will notify you each time a trading account is added to your Traders Connect account.
Available data points

If you have updated your message template but wish to revert back to our default, you can find this below.

Account Deleted
We will notify you each time a trading account is deleted from your Traders Connect account.

Account Connection - Connected
We will notify you each time a trading account reconnects to the Traders Connect platform.

Account Connection - Disconnected
We will notify you each time a trading account disconnects from the Traders Connect platform. We will also pass the connection error returned from your broker.

Trade Copier Failures
Each time the copier executes a copy that fails we will send you an email containing the trade that failed, and the reason why.

Additional Settings
Notification Status Toggle
For each notification type on the Notification Settings
page you will see a toggle, simply toggle on or off to enable or disable the notification.
Note - You can enable certain events for certain trading accounts using the Account Blocklist described below.
Subject
The Subject
is the subject of the email you will receive.
Message Template
The message template allows you to update the email text body that will be sent, you are welcome to change this how you wish.
Please see the above notification settings for each individual notification type, this will show you which variables can be used in the body, alongside our default templates should you wish to revert.
Account Blocklist
The Account Blocklist
feaure can be found on certain notification settings. This allows you to block any trading account, meaning if that account triggers the email, our system will ignore the request.
For example, you may not wish to receive trade failure events for a demo account, therefore you can simply block this account.
