MetaTrader Trade Ticket Number

Finding my trade ticket number

You may be asked by our support team to provide a trade ticket number, this helps us identify the trade in question. Below we show you how to find your ticket from each platform.

Traders Connect

To find your trade ticket from Traders Connect simply head to the dashboard, on the table, head to either the Open Positions tab or Closed Positions, here you will see a list of your recent trades, where you will also find the ticket number

If the ticket is missing entirely, you will need to locate the number from MetaTrader directly, this is explained below.

MT5 - Desktop

Once you have MT5 open, you will notice tabs at the bottom, from here, you can select History. Within the History tab you will see all of your trading history, you will also find a column named Ticket, this is the ticket our team require.

MT5 - Mobile

If you use MT5 on your mobile device, you can find the ticket number by heading to History at the bottom of the app, and then selecting the trade you wish, from here, a screen will pop up with the details, on the top right of this popup you will see a number, for example, #356141804, this is your trade ticket number.

MT4 - Desktop

On MT4 desktop, the ticket number is actually located under Order within your Account History. At the bottom of your MT4 software you will see an option for "Account History", if you head here, you can then find the Order number, this is the number we require.

MT4 - Mobile

MT4 is slightly different to MT5, your Ticket number is actually called ID, to find this on mobile, head to your trade history, select the trade you wish, and find the ID number, this is the Ticket number we require.
