Purchasing

Purchasing a Dedicated Environment could not be easier, simply head over to Integrations, select Dedicated Environment and hit Purchase.

Upon purchasing, you will notice a timeframe that either states 60s or 24h, should the screen state 60s, this means we have environments ready to go, and your new hardware and IP will be allocated within seconds. If the time states 24h, we're currently at full capacity.

If the platform is at full capacity, please continue to purchase, upon purchase, this will trigger our team to add further environments to fulfil your order. It's very rare our backend will be at full capacity, as we're constantly expanding our hardware to handle demand.

At checkout, simply select the required amount of trading accounts you wish to add into your dedicated environment. For example, if you have 10 trading accounts, but only wish to use 2 in your dedicated environment, select 2. This will allow you to move 2 of your 10 trading accounts into your dedicated environment.

If you wish to manage your environment billing, simply head to Billing.

You can purchase multiple Dedicated Environments if you wish to have multiple hardware and IP's, we do not restrict how many environments you can purchase.
