Trading Hours

What are Trading Hours?

Trading Hours let you choose the days and times when a copier can copy new trades from the Master Copier to a Slave. New trades placed outside the configured periods are not copied.

How to configure Trading Hours

Set your schedule

Open Copier Engine and find the Slave whose trading hours you want to configure. Select Time in that Slave’s actions.

Choose the day you want to configure, then enter a Start Time and End Time for the period when new trades should be copied. You can add more than one period for the same day.

Repeat this for each day on which you want new trades copied, then click Confirm.

Check your timezone

Trading Hours use the timezone configured in your account settings. Check your timezone before setting a schedule so the periods match the times you intend to use.

What happens outside Trading Hours?

New Master Copier trades are not copied to the Slave outside its configured periods.

Trades that were already copied during an active period continue to be managed. Modifications to those trades can still be applied, and closing an existing trade on the Master Copier will also close its corresponding Slave trade.

Example

If you configure Monday, 05:00–20:00 and do not add periods for any other day, new trades are copied only during that Monday period, using your configured timezone. New trades placed outside it are not copied.
