We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below. Additionally, if you change your mind, you can easily resume your subscription before the current billing period ends.


How to Cancel Your Subscription


Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Access the Billing Screen:

    • Head over to your Billing screen from your account dashboard.

  1. Find Your Active Subscription:

    • Locate the active subscription you wish to cancel, whether it is Monthly or Yearly.

  1. Cancel Subscription:

    • On the right side next to "Modify Subscription," you will see a "Cancel Subscription" option. Click this option.

  1. Confirm Cancellation:

    • A confirmation popup will appear. Click "Confirm" to finalise the cancellation.


Subscription Status


  • Active but Cancelled: After confirming, your subscription will be in an "Active but Cancelled" state. This means your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be terminated.


How to Resume a Cancelled Subscription


Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Access the Billing Screen:

    • With your subscription in an "Active, cancelled" state, return to your Billing screen.

  1. Resume Subscription:

    • You will now see a "Resume Subscription" option on the right of your billing dashboard. Click this button to reverse the cancellation.

  1. Subscription Renewal:

    • Your subscription will be renewed at the end of your current billing period, continuing seamlessly without interruption.
