Modify Subscription

Modifying your subscription on Traders Connect is a quick and simple process. Whether you need more account connections, wish to make changes to your existing plan, or want to downgrade your account limit before the next renewal, you can easily adjust your subscription from the billing page.


Step-by-Step Guide to Upgrading Your Subscription


Step 1: Access the Billing Page


To begin upgrading your subscription, head over to the billing page. Here, you will see your active subscription details. You can switch between the Monthly and Yearly tabs at the top to manage your respective subscriptions.


Step 2: Modify Your Subscription


If you have an active subscription, you will see a "Modify Subscription" option located on the pencil icon. Click this button to proceed.


Step 3: Adjust the Number of Accounts


A popup screen will appear, allowing you to adjust the number of account subscriptions you have. For example, if you initially subscribed for 2 accounts and now wish to upgrade to 5 accounts, simply increase the number of accounts from 2 to 5. Conversely, if you wish to downgrade your account limit before the next renewal, you can decrease the number of accounts accordingly.


Step 4: Payment Method


By default, the upgrade will use your original payment card. If you wish to use a different card for the payment, click on the "Add New Card" option to enter new card details.


Step 5: Confirm and Update


Once you are satisfied with your changes, click "Update Your Subscription" to finalise the upgrade. Your subscription will be modified accordingly.
