Paying with Cryptocurrency

Traders Connect accepts cryptocurrency payments through Coingate. You can use cryptocurrency when purchasing a subscription or add crypto credit to your account for future subscription renewals.

Overview & Important Renewal Notice

Important: Cryptocurrency transactions are one-time payments. Because crypto does not support automated recurring billing from your wallet, you should maintain a balance by using the Add Crypto Credit option on the Billing page to prevent account suspension on renewal dates.

How to Pay with Cryptocurrency

Purchasing a New Subscription

Navigate to the Billing page and choose your subscription plan. During checkout, select Crypto as your payment method and click Complete Purchase. You will be redirected to Coingate to complete the payment.

Coingate Checkout Flow

On the Coingate page, pick your preferred coin, send the required amount to the generated wallet address, and wait for network confirmation. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your subscription activates automatically.

Adding Crypto Credit for Renewals

To pre-fund your account for future monthly or annual invoices, go to the Billing screen and click Credit.

Selecting Amount and Currency

Enter the USD amount you want to convert into account credit, select your cryptocurrency on Coingate, and submit the transaction. The credit will reflect on your balance once verified on the blockchain.

Supported Assets & Considerations

Approved Cryptocurrencies

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)

Why Use Cryptocurrency Payments?

Cryptocurrency payments provide an alternative to traditional card payments and may be useful for users who prefer to pay from a crypto wallet or whose usual payment methods are unavailable. Payment timing depends on blockchain confirmation and the selected cryptocurrency.

Best Practices

Keep track of renewal dates and ensure sufficient credit is loaded in advance so your copier configurations remain active without interruption.
