Traders Connect provides a secure and flexible way to manage your payment methods. This guide will help you understand how to add, update, and remove payment cards for your subscription.


Adding a New Card


If you wish to add a new payment card to Traders Connect, follow these steps:


  1. Access the Billing Information Screen:

    • Go to your Billing Information screen from your account dashboard.

    • Click the "Payment Methods" button.

  1. Add a New Card:

    • On the Payment Methods screen, look for the "Add New Card" option.

    • Click on "Add New Card" and enter your new card information.

  1. Set as Default:

    • Once your new card has been added, it will be displayed on the Modify Subscription screen.

    • You can select this card as your default payment method.


Removing a Card


If you need to remove an existing payment card, follow these steps:


  1. Access the Billing Information Screen:

    • Click the "Modify Subscription" button.
