At Traders Connect, we aim to provide a seamless subscription experience. Our subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access to our platform. Here is a detailed explanation of how our renewals process works, including what happens in the event of a failed payment.


Automatic Renewal Process


How It Works


  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions on Traders Connect are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

  • Cancellation: If you wish to stop your subscription from renewing, you must manually cancel it before the renewal date.


Handling Failed Payments


Account Status


  • Failed Payment: If your payment method fails (e.g., due to an expired card), your subscription renewal will not be successful.

  • Account Disablement: If a renewal payment fails, your account will be disabled 24 hours after the failed payment attempt.


Data Retention and Account Removal


  • Data Retention: We keep all your trading account data on our system for 30 days after your account is disabled.

  • Account Removal: If your account remains disabled for more than 30 days, all existing trading accounts will be removed from our platform, and all trading history will be lost.
