Getting Started with TC Rooms

What is TC Rooms?

TC Rooms is a connectivity and technology feature within Traders Connect that allows a Room Manager to host a trading community and share their trade activity with authorised members.

With TC Rooms, members can replicate trades directly into their own broker accounts without ever sharing their personal broker login credentials or passwords with the trader. Traders Connect acts strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure layer.

How It Works

  • Room Managers establish a Room, customise its identity, connect a Master account, and allocate access seats to their community.

  • Room Members join the Room, and connect their own brokerage account as a Slave to replicate the Master's trades.

  • All trade replication runs on Traders Connect’s core high-speed trade-copying infrastructure.

Understanding Roles & Permissions

When managing or joining a Room, participants hold one of three distinct roles:

  • Viewer: Can access the Room dashboard and view previous trading history, but cannot connect a trading account or copy trades. Ideal for community members evaluating a Room.

  • Copier: The standard participant role. Allows the member to connect their personal brokerage account as a Slave to mirror the Room’s Master account.

  • Manager: An administrative role. Allows adding Master accounts to the Room and co-managing Room configurations.

Privacy & Account Security

All connected Member accounts are completely private. Members cannot see other participants in the Room, nor can they view anyone else's account numbers, balances, or trades. Only the Room Manager has administrative visibility to assist with copier configurations.
